There are many roles but one vision. There are many team members but one team. There are many different talents but one purpose.

How amazing it is to see all the different God given talents working in harmony. At Fluss Technologies we are all unique but in unity. All different but special. All different cultures but aligned with one purpose.

We have myself the afrikaans “boer seun”, Tom the over educated English gentleman, Tim the english Lebanese, Tsegofatso the english Xhosa, and Dudu our Zulu lady. Diverse but so in unity.

It amazes me how each of them can work so effortlessly in their unique gifts. The engineers can look for hours at their laptop screen at the “hebrish” creating amazing software literally out of nothing. Customer Wow can answer and make calls nonstop for the hole day without losing their joy of wowing our customers. The product quality team can assemble, program, and test our hard ware day in and day out without breaking a sweat. Me on the other hand, if I have to work on my laptop for a morning I need a vacation, or making and taking calls. But let me lose chasing clients, flying all over attending meetings and doing demo’s energize me.

How amazing God created us and the world we live in. Created to serve the needs of others all uniquely in our own way.
